What happens when my trial ends?
If you haven't added a card, your workspace downgrades automatically to the free Litter tier — nothing is deleted, and pets or habitats beyond the Litter limit simply become read-only until you upgrade again.
Can one workspace hold more than one home?
Yes, on Sanctuary and above. Up to 3 locations can share one workspace, one billing relationship, and one cost ledger — useful for families that split pets across two houses or a small foster network.
How is Rescue & Shelter priced?
Seat-based, on an annual contract — it includes staff roles, an audit log, API access, and public adoption-ready pet profiles. Reach out and we'll size a plan to your organization.
Can I invite a vet or pet-sitter without giving them a full seat?
Yes — invite anyone as a Viewer for read-only access to health history and schedules, with no seat limit impact on Sanctuary and above.
